It reads your commercial documents (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, certificates), extracts every field with a confidence score and its place in the document, checks the documents agree with each other, drafts the customs declaration with the missing fields listed, and files it to HMRC CDS or the EU's ICS2 once a person on your team has approved it.
Entry Summary Declarations for the EU's ICS2, and UK import and export declarations through HMRC CDS. Both are direct connections to the authority. French electronic loading orders (ELO) are also supported.
No. Droblet drafts and checks. A declarant approves. Neither the platform nor an AI assistant connected to it can file without that approval.
We do not publish a single accuracy figure, because it depends on the document and the field. Every field is scored, low-confidence values are flagged for a person, and we run a pilot on your own documents so you see the real rate before committing.
No. dScribe, the extraction engine, reads any repeatable document: supplier invoices for finance teams, purchase orders and certificates for manufacturers, claims for insurers, health and HR records. The output goes to your system in JSON, XML, CSV, fixed-width or EDIFACT.
Yes. The Droblet MCP server exposes 24 tools (check a case, draft a declaration, classify a product, screen a party, run a scheduled check) inside any MCP client, secured with OAuth 2.1. There is no submit tool.
Security and onboarding
Today each client runs their own Private Cloud deployment, so documents and extracted data stay in your tenant. A shared platform with per-tenant isolation is in development.
A Private Cloud deployment typically files its first live declaration within a few weeks, including document mapping and connector setup. The shared platform, when it launches, will be same-week.
Pre-built connectors exist for SAP, Salesforce, Shopify, eBay, Gmail, PennyLane and ELO, plus REST, SFTP and webhook delivery in five formats. Other systems are usually days, not months, because the delivery layer is already there.
