API Usage Policy

1. Access

API access is available to clients on Professional and Enterprise plans. All API calls must be authenticated using a valid API key issued by Droblet. API keys must be kept confidential and must not be shared or exposed in client-side code.

• Integrating with your ERP or TMS systems
• Automating HS classification and compliance checks
• Accessing reports and audit trails programmatically

4. Prohibited Use

• Scraping or bulk-exporting data beyond your authorised scope
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Sharing your API key with third parties without prior written consent
• Using the API to submit fraudulent or sanctions-violating declarations
