We protect personal data through encryption at rest (AES-256-GCM), encryption in transit (TLS), and UK-based hosting (Amazon Web Services, London — eu-west-2).

Droblet does not currently hold formal information-security certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 or TISAX, and has not yet completed a formal third-party penetration test. We will update this section as our certification programme progresses.

10. Updates and Monitoring

We continuously monitor EU regulatory developments and update our platform to ensure ongoing compliance. Our legal and compliance team reviews all EU Official Journals, customs notices, and regulatory guidance.
