By accessing or using the Droblet platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and businesses.

2. Description of Services

Droblet Ltd. provides an AI-powered trade compliance platform including:

• Automated customs declaration filing (ENS, ICS2, ELO, CDS)
• AI-driven HS classification and data extraction
• ERP integrations and BI reporting
• Compliance monitoring and audit trails

3. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• You must comply with all applicable customs and trade regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Droblet platform, including software, AI models, designs, and documentation, are owned by Droblet Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Droblet Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Droblet may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or use the platform in a manner that causes harm to others or violates applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
